House Rules

We would like to inform you that as of December 2, 2024, a new law requires our accommodation to provide mandatory data to the Ministry of the Interior of the Government of the Canary Islands. The following data must be collected during check-in.Important: Our staff is legally obligated to collect and forward the information to the authorities. Failure to provide the required information will result in the inability to provide accommodation!

Reservation details:

  • Name of the person who made the booking
  • Payment details: 
    • For card payments: Card number and expiration date
    • For bank transfers: Bank account number

Traveler details:

  • Name
  • Place and date of birth
  • Type and number of the identification document
  • Address
  • Relationship between the travelers

Check-out:
Please check out of your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure and leave the key in the designated place. A fee of €100 will be charged for lost keys or remote controls, payable on-site.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and throughout the entire property. The use of IQOS is permitted, except in enclosed spaces and rooms. Thank you for respecting this rule!
Quiet hours:
We kindly ask that you refrain from organizing events, parties, or gatherings anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please avoid making loud noises during this time to respect other guests.
Children supervision:
Please ensure your children observe quiet hours and follow the accommodation rules. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of minors at all times. In case of any damage caused, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
Toilet use:
Please do not dispose of toilet paper, wet wipes, or other non-biodegradable materials in the toilet. Use the trash bin provided in the bathroom to help prevent blockages and inconvenience.
Handling damages:In case of any disturbances, vandalism, or damage, the responsible guest is required to compensate for the damages at the current value. The accommodation reserves the right to file a police report in such cases.
Use of equipment and facilities:
Please be aware that you are responsible for your personal belongings and safety during your stay. Use all equipment and facilities on the premises at your own risk. Equipment is intended for its designated use only. Guests, parents, or guardians are liable for any issues arising from misuse. We do not take responsibility for lost items, but if found, we can return them upon request at your expense (postage, shipping, etc.)
Swimming pool:
Please shower before using the pool. Eating, drinking, smoking, loud behavior, and jumping into the water are prohibited in the pool. The pool is deep, so please use it with caution! Children are allowed in the pool only under parental supervision. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Please do not enter the dining area in wet swimwear or clothing, and kindly inform your children of this rule as well!

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in further actions.
